Our Pricing
Pick up fee
We charge a $50 fee for collecting items from your home,which includes the removal of one standard truckload of furnishing or decor. This fee only includes removal of things on the first floor of your home if you need us to remove items from up/down stairs an additional fee will occur to pay for extra help.
If additional trips are required or requested due to volume, an additional pickup fee will apply per trip. This allows us to safely transport and properly manage larger collections of items.
Commission on items
At Refined Resale, we take a small commission on the items we sell on your behalf. Our fee is based on a a percentage of the final sale price of each item. We’ll work closely with you to determine a list price that reflects the value of your items and a bottom dollar price that you’re comfortable with. This way, we ensure that our goals align with yours. We only succeed when you do! Below is our commission structure.
30% of items up to $500
20% for items over $500
* WE WILL NOT DO ANY CLEANING TO YOUR ITEMS IF ITEMS COME TO US DIRTY IT WILL REFLECT IN THE PRICE WE ARE ABLE TO GET.
How it works
Step 1
Schedule a meeting at your home, where we can discuss items and pricing.
Step 2
Decide on timing for your listing. We offer listing times for 30 or 60 days. We will either bring your items back to you or choose to donate if they dont sell.
Step 3
Wait for us to do our magic and sell your items!
Step 4
Get a check in the mail whithin 30 days after your listing window has ended with a detailed list of what sold the the price.
